10 Things To Do In Autumn

Hello lovely readers, you're probably getting fed up with people going on about Autumn. But hey I love Autumn and I love talking about it, it's definitely my favourite season. So today I'm going to share 10 things you can get up to in Autumn.

1. Go apple picking
Early Autumn is when a lot of apples are ready to eat so why not head to your local orchard (or take a trip into the countryside) and get some fresh fruit?

2. Collect Conkers
So we might be a little too old play with conkers now but there is still something so exciting about going out and finding your first conker of the season.

3. Head to bonfire night with all your friends.
Bonfire night might be my favourite night of the year, the music, the bonfires, the fireworks and the atmosphere are all so wonderful. It's the perfect way to spend time with your friends in autumn.

4. Try some cider
In Autumn there are a lot of cider tasting events around the UK, it's the perfect way to get out in Autumn and get to try some local cider.

5. Go to a fair.
There are a lot of fairs going on during the autumn months. Grab some friends, check out the rides and the fair food.

6. Head to a  food festival
Speaking of food I know where I live there is a food festival every year in Autumn and I'm pretty sure there are all around the UK. Food festivals are a great way to try out some new foods made locally.

7. Have a pumpkin carving party
When Halloween comes around why not have a party where everyone  carves a pumpkin?

8. Make hot chocolate
OK this sounds a tad boring and obvious but why not try making all kinds of hot chocolate, white mint, cinnamon, caramel etc.

9. Go on a ghost train/haunted mansion
Why not go on a creepy ride to get you in the mood for Halloween?

10. Make autumn decorations
A fun way to spend an autumn day is to go out collecting autumn related things, leaves, conkers, acorns etc and using them to decorate the house.

I hope you like these ideas and they give you some inspiration for what to get up to this autumn!  Did you like any of these ideas? What are you getting up to this autumn?

Thanks for reading!
